We fell in love with this Lavender Shortbread Cookie and thought to ourselves “we should make a truffle with this” and that is how the Lavender Shortbread Truffle was born! We brake up the Lavender Shortbread into bite size pieces and mix it into a lavender truffle. Not everyone wants to eat lavender but if you do, this is delicious!!
